What items can not be returned?

The following items can not be accepted for returns:

• Software of which the sealing has been removed
• Digital products
• Vouchers, gift cards and rewards
• Cartridges and toners where the protection and sealing have been removed
• Cost of shipments can not be returned

How to return an item?

To return an item you have to contact us and apply for a return before sending any goods back.

Do I receive the complete amount in return?

We only accept products for return if they are undamaged, and in its original state, including all packaging materials and accessories. A product needs to be in a saleable condition in order to get a return approved. The decision whether a product qualifies for return is made by thomas g limited.

What are the return terms?

You can return an item within 14 days after receiving the product. To return a product you need to create a return request. You can choose between the following options: exchange for another item, or receive your money back. To receive your money back it is important that the product is undamaged and in its origianal state. Shipping costs can not be returned and will be at the cost of the purchaser.
